We loved the location and the view of the mountains and the Old Train. The hotel's staff was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and newly furnished, with a big comfortable bed, a fresh water fountain, and a balcony with great views. The breakfast was very good with gluten-free options and a beautiful view. We could rent a bike, and nearby, we found many tourist attractions.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. We enjoyed the soft water, which was gentle on our skin and hair. The big beds were very comfortable and ensured we had a good night's sleep. We appreciated the nice private parking area, and the fact that our small dog was welcomed too. Being able to rent bikes was a definite plus, and the gluten-free breakfast options with great views were a highlight.

The lack of clear communication about the reception hours was frustrating, and the reception being closed when we arrived was an inconvenience. It would have been helpful to have been informed in advance or have a note at the entrance.
